Considering the dehydrating effect of alcohol, margaritas only if it's to put cacti out of their misery :P ("goodbye oh cruel and draught world!")

That's right, not a single drop. Although it depends on the time of year as you can deduce from the "subject to flooding" sign...
As for the margaritas, cactus are the most drought resistant plants. They can drink margaritas just as easily as any Coimbra student during Queima das Fitas ;)
Hum... and what about hangover resistance? :P
