Rapa Nui - Ceviche in a giant seashell

Best goddamn ceviche I have ever had. Plump pieces of white tuna, prawns, scallops and cuttle fish in tangy lime, tossed with onion and tomato. Mmmmm... just looking at it makes my mouth water.

And with an ocean view.
